A simple joke, but it does offer an insight: the Chinese word for robot does indeed include “人“. Could this offer some hint at humankind’s future relationship with robotkind?
Note also the employees’ response to the boss’s 大家辛苦了, acknowledging everyone’s hard work. It can be hard to know exactly how to reply to this kind of statement in a culturally-appropriate way, so take note of these two common responses.
