Comparing 会 (huì), 能 (néng), 可以 (kěyǐ): if you’re intermediate now, it’s time to get these totally straight!
Result complements and potential complements: these can be frustrating until you get used to them.
Separable Verbs (AKA “verb-object structures”), like 见面 (jiànmiàn) and 睡觉 (shuìjiào): How to use them, and which ones to watch out for (these trip up everybody in the beginning).
Many kinds of 是......的 (shì... de): There’s a good chance you don’t know them all, but their mastery will make you a much stronger Chinese speaker.
Direction complement: A confusing structure to be sure, but also extremely useful, and super common.
