Where there’s a sneeze, there must be a cold coming on, right? And in China, where there’s a cold, there’s the always-welcome advice to drink lots of hot water.

Fun note on the characters “阿嚏“: that second character is very rarely written by hand, so many highly literate native Chinese speakers will have trouble remembering how to write it if you ask them. Give it a try! Ask them how you say “ah-choo!” in Chinese, then ask them how to write the onomatopoeia in characters.
