If, after your first lesson, you are not satisfied with the Winter Cheer package you have purchased and would like a refund, simply email us at support@allsetlearning.com to receive a full refund.

Lesson Scheduling

Upon receipt of payment for your course, we will get in touch with you by email within 2 working days (Beijing time).

For Christmas Three, all three lessons must be scheduled before starting the course.

For Christmas Glee and Christmas Spree, lessons must be scheduled 4-7 days in advance each week, before the intended lesson times. Times may vary week to week. “Weekend” lessons can be any day of the week in your time zone (choose two). We can accommodate most schedules all over the world, but cannot 100% guarantee a specific time slot.

If you are late for your scheduled lesson time, the teacher will wait for you online up to 20 minutes. Lessons which start late should still end at the original scheduled time.

Lessons will be assigned in advance on the AllSet Learning Hub, where lessons times will be listed in both your time zone as well as China Standard Time.
