When you have a minute, please also check out our flexible scheduling policy which ensures that you can get the most out of your studies with our teachers.

If possible, we recommend that you install WeChat and create an account, as it is by far the most reliable way to communicate with anyone in the PRC. (Otherwise, Skype is a good alternative.) We recommend that intermediate learners also install a browser plugin to help with reading Chinese on a desktop computer.
